In the event that any of these Terms and Conditions shall for any reason be held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, such Term shall be deemed severable and such holding shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions.

You agree to promptly notify Five Star Team Service Corp in writing (see How to Contact Us below for contact information) of any User Generated Content (or any other Content) that violates these Terms and Conditions. You agree to provide Five Star Team Service Corp with information necessary for Five Star Team Service Corp to investigate whether such User Generated Content (or any other Content) violates these Terms and Conditions. Five Star Team Service Corp agrees to make a good faith effort to investigate the complaint and will, in its sole discretion, take such action as Five Star Team Service Corp deems appropriate. However, Five Star Team Service Corp does not warrant or represent that it will block or remove (in whole or in part) such User Generated Content or any other Content.

UNSOLICITED IDEAS

It is Five Star Team Service Corp’s policy not to screen or accept submissions of unsolicited ideas, inventions, designs or other materials related to Five Star Team Service Corp’s business, whether in the form of text, images, sounds, software, information or otherwise (the Materials), from persons outside of Five Star Team Service Corp. PAYMENT

To make your payment you can use any of the methods enabled by Five Star Team Service Corp within the website. 

PRICES

Unless otherwise stated separately, all prices shown on the website include taxes applicable in USA.

The value indicated on the website at the time of payment of the total amount, is the value of all products and applicable taxes in USA. 

Orders shipped outside the metropolitan area of Valle de Aburra and Colombia may be subject to surcharges or additional fees, which are not expressly included in the total amount displayed on the website. The additional costs, if any, of these surcharges or fees shall be borne by you at your own risk. 

The prices on the website are under regular review to keep them updated, therefore the user and consumer, should verify in case of any fluctuation in the price of the products displayed on the website, as the applicable value will be that of the day of purchase.

SHIPPING

Five Star Team Service Corp will make every effort to complete the shipping and delivery process of your order in the shortest possible time, within 8 business days from the date of purchase. The delivery dates indicated on the website are based on the circumstances known to Five Star Team Service Corp at the time of the conclusion of the contract and may be subject to changes influenced by external factors, such as method of transport, internal availability, method of payment chosen, coverage of the shipping location and changes in the order placed. 

• The user and/or consumer undertakes to do everything possible and expected of him to allow the delivery of his order on time. Failure to do so Five Star Team Service Corp reserves the right not to deliver the products.
• The products will become your property as soon as Five Star Team Service Corp receives the corresponding payment.
• The order will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the user and/or consumer.
• Five Star Team Service Corp will make every effort to deliver the products in full and in good condition. In case the products are damaged or incomplete, please contact us, you will have 8 working days to make the report. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You may return the product expressing your right of withdrawal within five (5) working days after the delivery of the product. The right will be applicable as long as the product is not for personal use, does not present changes in its characteristics according to the conditions in which it was delivered, has not been used or there is no evidence of wear and tear and does not present quality problems resulting from use (This will be reviewed by a representative of our quality control area, in case of determining wear or damage to the garment, it will be returned to the customer). 

When making use of the right of withdrawal, keep in mind that transportation costs and other costs involved in returning the product are borne by the customer.

REFUND

Five Star Team Service Corp will refund the money whenever the purchased product is not received or when the delivered product does not meet the specifications.

Five Star Team Service Corp will have 5 working days following the date on which it is accepted by the company, this will be done by the same means of payment used at the time of purchase. It is the duty of the user/consumer to provide the information required by Five Star Team Service Corp for the proper refund.
